I was not familiar with Greene’s but booked transfers, through Tracie, shortly thereafter. I’ve changed many processes, and vendors, since I took over but one partnership we truly value is ours with your company.

And your staff has never disappointed, nor have your fleet of vehicles. From our favorite airport greeter, Lisa, to your exceptional drivers – Bobby Z, Frank, Isaiah, Linwood, Martin, Vitality, and Linda – your staff treats our clients like we would treat our clients: with great care, attention, professionalism, and always a cheerful smile. Furthermore, your service staff communicates important information back to us – which is very much appreciated.

And it all starts with our rock star: Tracie. She is truly amazing. Not sure she ever sleeps, as she is always quick to answer any query, accommodate last minute changes (and we have a lot of those), or book a pop up. She never misses a beat. Her promises are always fulfilled – she regularly exceeds my expectations. When I talk about outstanding customer service with my team, Greene’s is frequently is mentioned with relevant examples of Tracie and the team.
